"This agency does not believe in personable customer service. I was told on multiple occasions that because they have so many clients, they can’t return calls or review renewals with me over the phone. I called for a quote to add another car to my policy and never received a call back to discuss what options I wanted for the second car. Instead they just emailed a quote with no input from me. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy."

"I’ve been with Al Clark since I was 16 years old. I even sat down with Al Clark before he insured me at 16. I’m now 40 with maybe 1 accident in the last 10 years. I pay almost as much for car insurance as I do my car payment. This used to be a great place but I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere for insurance. I have found multiple places that are wayyyyyy cheaper. Customer service is as rude as it gets. The person I dealt with was absolutely horrible. I’ll update when I can remember her insignificant name. I will make it a goal to tell anyone thinking of getting insured from this company to look elsewhere after the treatment I have received"

"Things were going slowly and was having a hard time reaching person we needed to talk to; until Althea L. Williamson got involved. Althea was able to get in touch with the person in the head office and get things moving but by that time It was close to 5 PM.and she even gave us her office number specifically so we could leave a message if we needed her. That is a kind of service in an insurance agency that l expect and she did a great job."

"I LOVE Al Clark. Sure, State Farm isn’t the cheapest. However, I have never had any problem with coverage and they are so helpful with all the things I need. From accidents, home and car nature claims, helping to work with banks with refinancing, and so much more. I much prefer paying a bit more for my coverage and having TOP NOTCH customer service and support."
