"Have been with Al clark State Farm for 3 or 4 years now. Always professional and efficient. However I recently started a private business which needed commercial insurance and Riley hover is the best. She responds quickly always on point and efficient. If she doesn’t answer she will call or email you back ASAP. The girl is a rockstar. GIVE HER A RAISE. Or PROMOTION , better yet BOTH."

"Called 7/17 to change coverage on vehicles. Add new, delete old. They said I'd get an email with new temp card and they would remove the old vehicle. None of this happened. No email (yes I checked my spam/junk), and new vehicle not on the website. Now I get to sit on hold to figure this out and maybe not drive my new car. I'll definitely be shopping around at this point."

"Leslie Bates went above and beyond! I left a message and text to the office not really expecting a call back so soon. She not only called back within an hour of the office opening hour, she was able to process the request to add another car to my policy. She emailed me the temporary card, which was the last piece I needed to go to the Tax office and changed over the title and registration for this car that I bought the night before. So due to her outstanding customer service I was able to buy a car that night and get everything transferred into my name by noon the next day! Thanks again, Leslie Bates for your actions in this matter. It's why I definitely stay with State Farm when so many other insurance companies want my business but failed in any reasonable customer service!"
